Cancelation Policy

We require a 12-hour notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Please understand that your therapist's time has been reserved especially for you.

Without a 12-hour notice, the following cancelation fees apply:

- $25 (1 hour)

- $30 (90-min)

- $50 (2 hours) 

LESS than 3-hours notice - 50% of scheduled service which will need to be paid in full before further appointments will be scheduled

NO CALL / NO SHOW = 100% of scheduled appointment cost which must be paid in full before any further appointments will be scheduled

If you are a member or package holder, you may choose to use a session on account instead of paying the cancelation fee. If you are redeeming a gift card and fail to cancel or reschedule, your gift card will be redeemed.

Please note that any therapist or the spa at large reserves the right to deny service to a client who is a repeat offender of late cancelations and no shows.
